Process mapping is implementing the solution for Davis Bancorp using Metastorm
BPM. Metastorm BPM was selected because it enabled rapid design, development,
deployment and integration with the company's existing IT environment. Davis
Bancorp is in the process of developing a front end for data mining and database
management and at the same time is implementing Metastorm BPM to improve its
processes and better document and track customer relations.
The company will also be integrating Metastorm BPM into its existing accounting and
routing software, internal client databases, and the company's document
management solution, Interwoven.
Davis Bancorp has several processes currently under implementation in Metastorm
BPM - including Help Desk Request, Customer Maintenance Forms, New Customer
Information Entry Forms, Work Orders, Disaster Declaration, and Route Maintenance.
The company is anticipating rapid deployment and expects that Metastorm BPM will
increase accountability, enhance employee efficiency and accuracy, enable
information tracking, and allow for more advanced audits.
