We offer Support for Metastorm BPM systems. We especially offer support for  older  versions of the product called e-work that are no longer supported by  Metastorm,  should you require it.

We typically offer a support package that allows unused support hours to be  used  for consulting and development. This allows minor updates, fixes and  enhancements  to be made to Metastorm BPM systems without the need for  budget approval. Given  the agile nature of the product, both we, and our  customers find this the most  suitable approach.

All support is arranged over remote connections. Physical visits can be arranged  as  required or extreme circumstances.
